Spring is about to be sprung and one of the first signs I see are wild ramps! Ramps are wild leek/onion/garlic shoots that grows in the wild and only can be harvested in the Spring for about 6 weeks before the bulbs harden and they begin to bloom a flower. The pungent flavor has earned them nick names like "little stinkers" and so on. One of my favorite ways to prepare them is simply grilled along with some other tasty vegetables. But the feature recipe is dynamite and can be frozen to enjoy all year long. Meet "RAMP CHIMICHURRI"! You're welcome!
